TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) wants construction work on its 3-nanometer chip foundry at the Southern Taiwan Science Park in Tainan to pick up before the end of the Lunar New Year holiday, reports said Tuesday (Feb. 9).
