2020 年一季度 GDP 同比下降 6.8%，意味着什么？

中国政府可能会借此机会清理一些社会债务。正常情况下，国民对于经济下滑的忍受能力是非常低的，但处于重大危机中的时候则例外。比如二战里发动对外战争作为缓解国内矛盾的手段，实际上如果经济增长够快，国内什么矛盾都能压下去，当国内矛盾较大的时候，经济问题已经比较严重了。然而实际上，以二战为例，战争时期其实所有参战国家的经济情况都不好，看似GDP高，国民生活水平其实是下降了的，至少在战争开始的前期，国内的矛盾反而缓解了，而如果战场上能一路胜利的话，那国民能忍受的时间会更长，完全和国家出现经济问题时的表现相反。说到底，GDP只是个数字而已，带来的只是国民情绪上的变化，另一方面，国民实际生活中的感受对每个人的影响会更大，所以前些年钱都花在买房上的时候，日常消费扣扣索索的，很多人就吐槽GDP水分高。而到了今年疫情的情况下，谁还关心GDP，更多的是关心疫情还会不会爆发，班还能不能正常上，生意还能不能正常做，只要这些问题解决了，哪怕今年GDP是负的，也没几个人在乎，因为只要疫情过去，明年肯定比今年好。战争里也是类似的情况，大家都相信只要打赢了，就会有好日子过，所以能忍受暂时的苦日子，特别是在战争情况下，国家一般都会考虑提供类似低保的社会保障。 Source: 2020 年一季度 GDP 同比下降 6.8%，意味着什么？会产生什么影响？ – 知乎
