可以说，各种O2O是互联网资本市场有史以来最大的资本怪兽。刚开始看到的是千万美元级别的融资，然后是上亿规模的，我们当时都觉得是不得了了，再往后看，一轮又一轮的往里砸钱，都是数十亿美金起。以Uber、新美大和滴滴等为代表的资本黑洞，动辄就是几十亿的融资额，而且融资的间隔越来越短。最可怕的是，如果不砸钱，他们的数据和市场份额分分钟就会下降，根本就没有可进可退的台阶，而规模持续盈利更是遥遥无期的事情。我想，资本是彻底地含糊了。 这种含糊，不是对于个体企业的含糊，而是对于整体模式的含糊。我们必然可以看到O2O的整体盈利，但，资本得先等等了，就像当年它们等待第一代模式成立一样，而且，国内股市跌的一塌糊涂，经济进入L型，战新版夭折，新三板垃圾，各种因素凑在一起，我判断这轮资本寒冬应该是以“年”来计算的，1-2年的冷却是目前的基本估计，但很有可能更长。 什么时候可以恢复呢？很简单，滴滴、优步、新美大什么时候可以不靠烧钱活着了，下一轮资本的春天也就来临了。你猜会是哪一年呢？ Source: 这一轮创业资本寒冬何时会结束张皓凡新浪博客
