我想起李健靳东的人大座谈会上，靳东问台下的学生，你们的理想是什么，没有人应声作答，靳东说:“那就是没有理想。”李健急忙补充道:“他们这么羞涩我觉得就应该有理想。”这句话让我非常感动，仔细回想靳东的话很像我们身边一些中年人甚至是老师的口吻，隐约充满了对年轻人的轻蔑和俯视。 紧接着靳东讲:“我喜欢人大学生身上的一点就是你们比我的学弟学妹们要真。”这句话意味很明显了，无疑是讽刺戏剧学院学生的打扮过于轻佻和浓妆艳抹。但李健马上接了一句:“没有没有，其实是这样，他们是戴这种框架眼镜，戏剧学院戴的都是隐形眼镜，都一样，都很真。”看似是一句简单的救场，但我想也暗示了两位在待人处世方面的细微不同。在这里我无意贬低靳东，这只是当时我在看直播时候的一点感受。因为我在很多文章和李健相关的访谈上都经常发现，他对年轻人的看法和态度与其他中年人成功人比较不同。李健通常不太赞成一个年轻人为了追求远大理想而浪费掉大把的人生时间，他说过梦想不是为了实现而存在的，它只是让你觉得生活可以更好一点，实现不了也没关系。他也说过，通常老人们说年轻人一定要多经历些磨难多吃苦，但是我觉得年轻人最好不要经历那些磨难，在这个时代每个人能平平安安的过一生都是一件非常奢侈幸福的事情。 Source: 都说李健有文化，但到底多有文化呢？ – 知乎
